The tiny church of St. Johann im Imberg
(also called
"Johanneskirchlein") is is situated at the Imberg or
Kapuzinerberg. Note that
this tiny church is often ignored by international visitors; they are missing
out on a lovely little church with Rococo interiors. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the man himself, and his sister Nannerl have supposedly performed here once.
Today, most visitors stop by on their way to the
Capuchin Monastery. For an
