Christmas decoration items on sale at a market stand. The Salzburg Christmas Market in front of and around the cathedral (Salzburger Dom) is one of the most famous in Austria. The market stands sell mostly traditional crafts, Christmas ornaments, mulled wine, snacks and locally made products. Visitors come from all over the world, but mostly from Austria itself, Germany, Italy and the UK.
